SHIPPING NOTES:
Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. We utilize EMS (for United States, Canada, and France orders) and UPS (for orders to other countries) for our shipping.
While we cannot guarantee the exact shipping transit time, the estimated delivery time will be provided by the shipping carrier. Please be aware that this ETA may vary due to weather conditions or special circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped within 24 hours, we regret that we won’t be able to cancel it. In case you reach out to us after the shipment has taken place, we won’t have the capability to recall the order. If we haven’t processed your order, we can cancel it upon your request.
Tracking numbers will be forwarded to customers as soon as we ship out the package.
Due to customs restrictions, we do not offer shipping to certain countries, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Denmark, and Russia.
Non-US buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and customs fees, and they assume the risk of orders being detained or confiscated by the customs department.
We are not liable for packages being shipped to an incorrect address due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping address during the order placement. Please notify us immediately of any errors in your shipping address. Once the package is dispatched, we are unable to intercept, reroute, or otherwise modify its delivery destination.
